I would say it was on the harder end of most interviews I’ve been on. They have multiple rounds, with beginning process to rule out most candidates by one on one video interview and then 2nd interview over the phone with 2nd recruiter, then final interview with sales management. And then after that, it took 2 to 3 days to finish interview process and get phone call with job offer. Then at that point you are screened, complete full background and credit check done, and all personal information used is verified and double checked for accuracy. I was shocked over 500 people applied, and was excited I made it through to the final rounds. I am very impressed with my company the Small Business Growth Alliance and am so excited to be apart of something great.
