SC Johnson Finance interview questions

met with them in a student job fair. they offered me an interview and i managed to move to the next step then they ghosted me. I got an email for a second interview in the evening and next morning they sent another email that my application rejected. I wanted to learn whether it is a systematical issue or not but couldn't reach them anyway.
