The process involved three interviews (Hiring Manager, Director, HRBP), all of which went well. Afterward, I was requested to provide references and payslips, and my referees were even contacted. Despite being told I was a top candidate, the company repeatedly delayed feedback over a two-month period, asking me to “wait another week” each time I followed up. Communication was inconsistent and lacking transparency, which created false expectations and wasted significant time. While I respect that hiring decisions can be complex, this experience left me questioning the company’s professionalism and candidate care. It’s a reminder for job seekers to carefully evaluate how a company treats applicants as a reflection of its internal culture.

Interview process was fair. However, no feedback in over two weeks after the interview. However, upon following up, there was no response from HR team. On the platform, the application is still reflecting as under consideration.
