Question 1
Hypothetical question regarding lower sales in one store than in another and how to solve the problem?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SC Johnson in Dec 2009
Interview
Was already a current employee at the company so I didn't need to complete any background or drug tests, although that is typical for new employees. Interview consisted of ONLY behavioral questions. No questions presented an opportunity to showcase work that I had done previously to demonstrate that I was a good fit for the position I applied for. Majority of questions were phrased as "tell me about a time when...." or "tell me about how you handled a situation where....". This is NOT a good way to interview for a technical/analyst position.
