I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SC Johnson (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2019
Interview
I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview with HR. After interviewing over the phone with the hiring manager, they quickly got me scheduled for an in person interview in Chicago. During my interview process, I met with every senior member of the team and they took me out to lunch. They sent me my offer very quickly after the interview process concluded. Honestly the best recruitment experience I've had with any company I've interviewed with. Everyone on the team was extremely friendly and kind throughout the interview process. I didn't accept the offer because the salary was a little low and I had a more competitive offer from another company for a position more in line with my long term career goals. I would love to revisit SCJ later in my career if I find myself looking for another job.
