Interview
It was a very good experience. I went in and interviewed with the administrator of the surgery center as well as the OR coordinator. I also was able to sit down with current employees and had a open conversation about the culture of the center.

Interview
Applied to position beginning of November and had received communication to schedule phone interview first week of December. Questions were in depth expected questions about purchasing and surgery center experience that seemed like came from corporate rather than the individual asking the questions. After asking questions about what caused position to be available since the interviewee mentioned the past Purchasing Coordinator was a scrub technician. The interviewee was CEO of the surgery center, Bruce Dudley, and stated "the position is not actually currently available, we are just getting an idea for what other candidates for this position are like if we grow and operate all 5 of our operation rooms instead of the 1 we are operating now due to accreditation restrictions.".
I advise to not take a position at the East Pavilion Surgery Center in Portland, OR under the CEO Bruce Dudley unless you have a contract securing your position. He will interview and seek others for your position to "see what other candidates are like if they grow". After reviewing Bruce's experience he is new to managing a surgery center and comes from managing sales for Pfizer - I am concerned about management of East Pavilion Surgery Center and express to proceed with caution.
