I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SCAN Health Plan in Feb 2024
Interview
Applied online. Got an email for an HR Screen from the recruiter. On the screen call the recruiter advised me that the "salary range" was listed incorrectly and was wrong. Quoted me a much lower salary. This looks like bait and switch to me. Any company can just simply update the salary, so I thought it was a Red Flag for sure. In addition, I asked basic questions about the position and the recruiter was unable to answer those questions, she just said she didn't know. Again, bad impression for an initial HR Screen and a bad reflection of the company to change a printed salary range once you get on the phone?
