Interview
I went through an initial phone interview with HR, a 2nd interview with a hiring manager, and 3rd interview which was a case study with two senior team members. Interviews with HR/hiring manager were very conversational, pleasant, and helpful. Case study presentation took a lot of prep time. I was completely ghosted after it, which left me with a bad impression of the company.

This was my second experience with SCAN, the first wasn’t bad. I was informed by the HR recruiter when I wasn’t selected after my interview with the hiring manager. However, this second time around I didn’t receive any communications letting me know the outcome. It was disappointing because the hr recruiter seemed very honest and communicative but I guess once a decision was made they just decided I was no longer worth communicating with. The interview with the hiring manager went very well, the interview felt super laid back and I think she asked me about three questions about my resume. It seemed like I landed the role after the interview and was hoping to receive communication but alas, I was let down. I sent a thank you email a day after the interview and received a response and then a week later I sent a follow up email but received no response.

Interview
Pleasant exchange with HR in scheduling the interview process upfront. Hiring manager met with me for 30 minutes, asked relevant questions but didn't leave enough time to be interested in a viable candidate. Moved to a second interview scheduled via HR and then abruptly cancels the interview and I had to ask.. HR said hiring manager has hired someone else. Rude and a terrible reflection of the company. I wouldn't apply again, very poor candidate experience to waste my time when they already had a candidate and unapologetic. Definitely won't apply or recommend this company to anyone.
