-Received an email from HR asking to schedule a 30 minute interview.
-I thought the interview was going to be a behavioral interview however it was with HR and one of the EVP's of the company. It would have been nice if HR better informed the candidate about the interview details
-Was asked many typical, behavioral questions, some of which sounded like they were reading off a paper.
-Was not even given very much time to ask them questions, or learn about the company.

HR was very nice, but did not keep me informed well. Once I got in touch with the VP, it moved very quickly. They gave me an offer without even meeting me! I didn't accept because it was very similar to my current salary. I also thought it was very strange that they would give an offer without meeting the candidate in person and to me, it says something about the team and company. Additionally, I am very passionate about sustainability and my potential supervisor for this role specifically said that he did not like the word "sustainability" - not sure if he did not "believe" in it either, but in any case, it was a big turn off for me because where I work matters a lot.
