Following a brief phone screen, I was called to SCS Global's offices in Emeryville, CA, for an in-person interview. The interview was a panel interview with the team lead and one other team member. The team lead asked most of the questions, which were a mix of behavioral interview-type questions (communication and influencing styles, experience working in a team environment) and questions more specific to the specifics of this role (comfort level working with a geographically-dispersed team). Following the initial interview, there was an exercise related to the responsibilities of the role (reading an audit report and assessing the level of compliance with certification standards).
