Applied online with a resume and cover letter to three preferred locations. I was contacted from my first preference within a month. The office set up a 2 on 1 phone interview with two young accountants, both were honest, open and helpful. I was contacted within a week about the outcome of the interview.

20 min phone interview with an offer at the end of the call. Official offer sent in a later email. Very basic interview questions- mostly informative about the program. Positive experience.
Filled out the application on USA Jobs and heard from a representative that requested an interview. If they request an interview, it seems they are very interested. Heard back a few weeks later.

I applied online and I had to complete a coding exercise which was financials focused, followed by in person interview. The in person interview was behavioral. Good experience overall. This was for a more quantitative role in new york city.
