I was interviewed first by the recruter via a phone call. I was informed they will contact me again. Almost a week goes by without any sign from them so I call them and they say they'll send me an invite for an interview . My interview gets postponed twice which I found to be unprofessional. Then, we have the interview without the people for whom the interview had to be postponed to accomodate their schedule. Anyway, the interview goes meh, they ask a few technical questions, they ask if I can speak Spanish and if I can say anything in Spanish. At the end, they tell me, truth be told,we're looking for someone who's specialized in one of the SAP modules. This was especially frustrating because they knew all along that I was not specialized in any specific module,in fact THAT'S why I was hoping to join them. How can be specialized in a module if I'm still a beginner? Plus, I didn't even apply to them. They just took my resume from one of their partners. Overall, I found their process to be unprofessional.
