One of the worst experiences I have EVER had. From application submission to final interview was 4 months. I stayed flexible even though they kept changing the interview time at the last minute. After the final round of interviews, they gave me a deadline for when I should hear back. I followed up the day after they missed their own deadline, and they didn't even have the basic respect and professionalism to send a short rejection e-mail. If the way they treat job candidates is indicative of the way they treat their members, they need to be decertified immediately. I would not recommend applying here if you have any modicum of self-respect or actually care about the labor movement.
