The interview process consisted of 4 rounds of interviews in addition to a strategic plan assignment. The assignment asked me to detail in length how I would go about handling 60-80 requisitions, including specific tools and processes that I would implement, visuals and charts, sample documents. The assignment was unusually long and detailed and took me several days to complete. After the final round of interviews, I was told I would receive a decision within one week. One week came and went, I followed up with the hiring manager Chevon for an update and was subsequently sent an auto rejection informing me that they had decided to go in a different direction for the role. Given the length of time and labor I invested in the process, I was appalled that the hiring manager did not have the decency to write a personal email which would have taken her about 5 minutes. As a talent acquisition specialist, I have never put a candidate through such an intensive process and then sent them an auto rejection. 3 months later I checked the site and the job was still listed. This led me to believe the other commenter was correct in that this was a fake job and they were using this process to extract ideas and free labor from candidates so they could better manage their hiring process. I dodged a bullet here.
