I submitted my application, and received within the hour follow-up scheduling a phone interview for later that week. The time frame came and went, no phone call. I emailed the interviewer politely and asked if there had been some miscommunication. Received a curt response that I was no longer being considered as a candidate. There was no apology for wasting my time. What a horrid way to treat people.
