I had an interview with a recruiter and was moved to the next step where I had a video interview with the hiring manager. I was told they were interviewing more candidates and that I'd hear back one way or another within a week. I reached out to the recruiter at the 2 week mark and never got a response. It has now been over 2 months since I interviewed with this team and have not heard a single thing, not even a measly rejection email. This was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company based on the lack of care they showed throughout this process.
