Final stage interview. Some written questions are provided where you are left alone to complete, followed by a group interview where you present a communications strategy and speak through your answers that you've already written down. Team all seemed pretty disinterested and I had already accepted a role earlier in the day but attended as a fallback. I left with absolutely no desire to accept a role here. I advised the recruiter as much, I still got a call *2 months later* saying I would go on a standby list for 12 months. Things do not happen quickly here.
