I was contacted by the recruiter. The whole process took more than 2 weeks. In the final face to face interview, it was a group of questions including programming and database question. In the final of the questions they wrote something like "This is an open talk, don't scared of talking with the interviewer to analysis about the questions." My advice is "Don't ask any questions just finish the answer by yourself, there is no open talk ." Because if you ask anthing they would think you need guidance. Totally not like what described in the question. The feedback is totally not objective. Even some questions I answered correctly, they still gave bad feedback. It is not normal and professional.
