I applied for a job position in May. I was first contacted by the HR. We had a small talk, mainly about my soft skills and goals. The the company sent a coding test, where I had to solve 5 mini-problems in the lagnuage of my choosing. This was followed by an 1-hour interview with the lead QA, with more technical questions about QA methodology.
