I was contacted by a recruiter. After a phone call with the recruiter, I was sent a Hackerrank test - about 2h long - with a 7 day deadline. The test itself was of medium difficulty, nothing too crazy and definitely would fit in the Easy difficulty of the Problem Solving category in that platform. Then I was called for an interview with two Development Leads. It was mostly a fun conversation about that team’s stack and needs, while I said where my experience could fit in. Very chill and polite. Finally, I was called for a last interview with a Dev Manager and two Dev Leads, and a senior team member where we discussed technical stuff, as well as customer facing hypothetical situations. Again, everyone was very polite and they kept the conversation rolling based on my experience. After that, the offer came.
