Time-consuming process. They ask too many questions and you understand that they don't have the ability to filter the most important and to the point ones. At the first technical interview, the interviewer just asked me the top 30 questions that he found online. At the face-to-face technical interview, there were 6 persons in the room. The interview lasted 3.5 hours at some point most of the questions did not make sense, and there was a debate between the interviewers because some questions were not understood by the others. And after all this time-consuming process, I got a call from HR and offered me a position but they told me they could not offer me a higher salary than the one I already got. Overall not a very serious or well-organized company. They are trying to prove from the interview that they are top on test automation but the fact is that most of the teams do not do test automation at all. Many questions also were wrong, for instance - agile ceremonies while the correct one is scrum ceremonies Also, some terminology was explained from their side in the wrong way(not in the official ISTQB explanation).
