Interview
Direct interview at a career fair. Thus, it does not have an interview process. On online third parties websites, they stated fresh grades can apply too, however, the position itself needs someone who has experience only. For fresh grades, they recommended applying for a position as a lab technician.
It was held nicely with proper management, will call you even in 20-25 days if you are selected and they offer you the same amount scale that they have decided they went on a third party entry first for freshers

They will ask you general questions there will be two rounds mostly and then technical questions your projects knowledge understanding mostly from resume

Interview
Interview is very chill; basically an informal informational chat with a current employee, then a chat with the manager who is a very chill guy. Be able to give a quick rundown on your life and skills, but you honestly don’t need to prepare much.
Smooth, simple and interactive. Was welcomed warmly and wasn’t asked too many daunting questions. The interview process may vary depending on the role, the company, requirements and the interviewer. I was also given an offer that I accepted.
