I was first interviewed by HR then by the department head. It started with a self introduction and we went through my CV, with a few questions about my work experience. Then I was asked about my personality and how I worked with others. I was also given a few scenarios and how I would deal with those situations. The meeting with the department head was quite easy. I was asked about what I have learnt in University and some technical questions about GC-MS (I was interviewing for a position in the organic lab). The meeting with HR was longer than I expected (an hour) and I thought their questions were quite demanding.
