The interview process was seamless until it ended. I had a phone screen followed by a virtual interview with my manager who would be mostly offsite in the NJ office. I was asked about my business development and capture experience and was told I could come onsite once or twice a month but that the role was mostly remote. The interview went well and I was going to be set up for the next round, and then it was decided the role was 3x/week onsite and I was removed from the process. It was odd. I would have accommodated the onsite request.
