The interview process was well organized and moved quickly. It consisted of an initial recruiter conversation followed by multiple interviews with hiring managers and a final role-play presentation. The team was professional, transparent about expectations, and gave helpful feedback throughout the process. The role-play was the most challenging part but reflected the day-to-day responsibilities of the position.

One phone screen with two more virtual interviews. One with direct manager and then one with the vice president. Each interview was about 30 minutes to 45 minutes. There were questions about past experience as well as scenarios.

Call with recruiter, Call with district manager, Call with panel, Call with extended panel and 30/60/90 day plan. Call with district manager is supposed to be a 'get to know you' discussion.
