Virtually non-existant. I applied for an SE position and waited nearly 2 weeks before getting a response from the recruiter. Finally received an email to schedule a chat, only for her to not call and try to set up another call with a Director. Call was never set up, never responded to my follow up email, just to get a rejection email a week after my last update.
