I spent most of a day back and forth with a hiring manager who was very eager to talk to me. I gave him a copy of my resume and then did some minor suggested edits. Everything went fine. He sent me a description of the benefits and we came to an agreement on salary. The whole experience was very positive and I expected to hear back from him at any time, especially given his enthusiasm. The process was numerous emails and phone calls over a 6 hour period.
