I had an interview with the lead engineer, and the experience was positive - the conversation was professional and pleasant. We agreed that there would be another interview with him and the manager, as well as a visit to the company and meeting the team. Unfortunately, the communication stopped completely, and I never received any feedback about the next steps. It would be very helpful for candidates to at least get a short update, even in case of rejection.
