Interview
I did the interview with the recruiter and the manager. The recruiter ghosted me with no feedback on the recruitment process. Good thing we haven't continued further, as this shows a lack of interest in the candidate experience. I wonder if you treat potential hires like that, how would you treat your internal people (?). Anyway, I wouldn't have gone further as what I grasped didn't trigger any special interest in the company. Though the role was interesting.

Question 1
The manager insisted on "What would you do in a project if people don't answer your emails/they ignore you?". She asked a couple of times. It made me think there is no "project culture," which was a turn off for an experienced PM.
