Few weeks after I applied I received an invite for an interview. The interview itself was just a casual first round.. so I thought but at the end it became clear that it was just a pre-screening with the comment being Id learn by the following week if I would be meeting with the hiring manager.
They also moved specific departments to other countries under the umbrella to centralize but in reality it is to offer lower salaries..
Meanwhile we are 6 weeks later and still no news. My emails to the recruiter asking for a status update go unanswered and this puts SITA in that category of employers that GHOST and not caring about their employer brand - AVOID AVOID
