I applied through linkdin. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at SITA (Gurgaon,Haryana) in June 2018. It was a 5 stage process encompassing of initial screening ,online coding , technical interview , managerial interview & HR discussion. It was an magnificent experience. The recruitment team (Pardeep & Deepa) was keeping me updated on each & every movement on my application. They built a high level trust with me during the process.They did a great job of communicating throughout. The technical discussion took place over Skype in the company premises with the hiring manager.I spent almost an hour on the call.It was more like a casual discussion rather than direct question answers.He goes thoroughly on the details given in the resume.I got the positive feedback just after the call from the HR. The managerial discussion took place after the technical one and it was also an congenial experience.She asked the customary behavioural questions like challenges you faced in the current company and how you handled the same ,strengths, weaknesses etc. I would recommend that the candidates should be honest and talk about their skills and experiences with a positive tone. For example, if you don't have an experience in something, indicate your willingness to learn and mention how you learned something in the past.
