Everything in SITA mostly comes under reference, i mean employee referral so its up to you in order to get a job by maintaining gud relationships & with a bsic working knowledge in hardware & systems you can go thru the process

Just basic networking or hardware qn such as what is router/modem/switch etc ...

Interview
The selection process was very smooth and fast, interviews (videoconferences) for 3 weeks. Everything was very clear from the beginning of the process. The Talent team was interested, and the Operations team was always very responsive.
