I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SITA (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2018
Interview
Had interview for Sr Software Developer position (DevOps) at Gurgaon office. The interview consists of both technical and behavioural competency. It was around 45 min interview with site head related to my experience and the work i have done so far in DevOps field. After the completion of interview, i waited for almost one week for the response on my feedback. Finally after my follow up with HR through mail, I came to know that my technical part was fine and have scored well but they didn’t find my behavioural competency matching the SITA core values. I asked HR for the details around my behaviour competency so that i can work upon it in future but i didn’t get any response after my mail. I feel dissatisfied and discouraged with this type of interview where i am rejected with no proper feedback. I strongly request HR team to please share the true and detailed feedback for the candidate who is also investing time along with your interview process and he/she has the right to know the details on which your team has rejected the profile.

Interview
Initial interview with external recruiter.
Went through the process of discussing the role, the teams and my experience.
Asked if I would be Ok with going into the London office 2-3 days a week - which I was.
But then dropped the clanger that the "London Office" is actually in Aldershot.
At that point I said the role wasn't for me - the commute would be too long.
