Discussing with the manager was a great experience with excellent back and forth questions. Overall, interview was smooth with rapid response from HR. Questions were not as technical as expected but asked about motivations, desires and needs.
this company promises for interview round for next month but never conducted one. After regular follow-up emails and phone calls they never respond and when pick up just asked to wait leaving the candidate in high and dry situation.

Interview
I went to the SITA Montreal. The office is really bright. I need to get a SITA guest card from the info desk. There are two floors belong to SITA. The interview was on the second floor. A manager interviewed me. It was all behavior questions. Like: programming skills from 0 to 10, what's your greatest weakness? I interviewed in March 2020. They relied me at April. They said the position is froze beacuse of covid19. On Jan 2021, i received the email that said I didn't pass the interview.
