I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SITA (Telephone, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
There were two separate telephone interviews, one with the hiring manager about previous achievements etc and one with a person who had been temporarily filling in for the role which was more focused on the activities and responsibilities within the role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was purely competency based questions - ie "tell me about a <specific> situation you have experienced and how you managed it"
HR initial screening, case study (numerical / analytical, but nothing out of the ordinary - very much in line with expectations for the role I applied for), hiring manager and peers interview. End to end process was about two and a half months
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical motivation questions. Everyone was very professional so overall à very good interview experience.
Fueron dos entrevistas con recursos humanos y faltaría una tercera, pero no llegué. Los entrevistadores fueron muy amables y las entrevistas fueron en español e ingles haciendo preguntas técnicas y sobre recursos humanos
Remote meeting with the recruiter, then remote meeting with the hiring manager. There was a long waiting period between both calls, and the communication during the recruitment process could have been better. There was no feedback after.
