Quick email response to online application after just 1 week through HR. The email communication thereafter to arrange a phone interview was slightly unorganised though (no email responds by HR to my suggested date/time, needed to call up to confirm). Unfortunately this initial impression became a pattern, as two arranged calls were cancelled in the last minute by HR. The HR person seemed overloaded with work. The process was dragged on by 2 weeks through this delay. Anyway, the interview call then was fact-based: Going through the job description, cross-checking of CV, motivation, eligibility to work, salary indication.
