I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SITA (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Very average. They are global and standards across the teams vary quite a bit. No DEI. Absolutely clueless on this front. Leadership is lacking and not very attune to talent base, Overall, Its a incestous place where people get comfortable and dont leave, hence no innovation or new energy. Helps to know someone or be in the industry.
