First I had a phone interview with a HR rep. The time was changed a couple of times, so I didn't get an initial great impression. I passed that one and moved to the next phase, where I was interviewed via a video call with 2 people. The interview was fine but I could see they weren't sure about what they were looking for. I didn't pass that second one. If I had, I would have moved on to the next phase, which involved going personally to Geneva in Switzerland for a role playing interview and meeting the CEO. I found that over the top but they said it worked for them. I did ask for feedback as per why I hadn't passed the second interview but I was never provided with it.
