Interview
It took a month to hear back from the initial application. Got an assessment to complete and was then given a final interview.
Interview was fine but then took 3 weeks and having to email for an update twice to get an automated response. I'm sure that if I hadn't contacted them, they would have never contacted me.
People I talked with were lovely but too much ghosting in the interview process considering how much time is spent preparing for these interviews.
Pretty nice. The first round was a group behavioral interview. The second round was another behavioral interview. Nothing technical, except reviewing your resume. Make sure to show that you can work in a team.
Very nice friendly people, asked about my CV and my interests etc
Did a group task as well which showed our ability to work together and our thinking
They were helpful, kind and were willing to accommodate to us

Interview
Initial tech screen OA, then video interview, then group assessment centre, then finally a call with the manager. Tech screen is very simple and video interview is normal behavioural questions. group assessment was odd and not job related. call is with 2 people even though they only say one. Company ghosts candidates if you’re not successful and compensation is very low.
