I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SITA in Feb 2011
Interview
Many general Microsoft .NET questions. Personality questions. Visits with everyone up to the president. Upper management questions were more personality and morals types. They probe you for team fit. The developer knowledge questions were pretty light, but they seemed to look for team fit over knowledge.

Question 1
Why are manhole covers round?
Why do you want to work here?
How would you create a windows service?
When would you use an interface over a base class?
How would you scale a product to 10000 users at once?
The only reason to go is if they don’t like 👍🏽 the new 🆕 rules or if they’re not willing or even if you are just going out and getting something done ✔️ you know that you are the best at that so I can be the one who can
First shortlisted based on our resumes
Then there was an online test which was completely coding
Then shortlisted candidates had 2 rounds of interviews - technical round and hr round .
I had the initial recruiter call. The recruiter told me there would be two rounds of interviews: One with the manager and the other with the developers.
Recruiter set up the first call with the manager and told me that it would be a behavior and resume walk-through. I joined the call and there were few developers in the call. After the introduction, I asked them if the manager is running late for the meeting. They told me that he is not going to join and they were asked to take the interview in his stead. I didn't mind that and continued with the interview. It turned out to be a technical interview and not a resume walkthrough or behavioral interview.
The questions were easy but I wasn't prepared for a technical interview and I didn't do well. Never heard back from the recruiter after the interview.
Please do not ghost any candidate. When you tell the candidate that you'll get back in a week, please do so.
