The interviewing process involved three steps: to fill a questionnaire via email, to answer a phone call with the senior software manager, and to come in to meet the team and to answer a series of questions to assess your skillset and to see how you would integrate with the team.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SITA (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Oct 2017

Interview

There was two rounds of discussion, one was technical round and other was HR round. Technical round involved architecture and design questions on how to approach a solution. - more of practical questions, managerial skill assessments, leadership and other skills evaluation.

Interview

I was interviewed by SITA for Gurgaon location , entire hiring process from screening to joining went smooth . Since , the panel was located outside the India , all the calls scheduled were made on time . Complete process only took 7 8 days.
