SITA Transport Planner interview questions

After i applied online i received a phonecall from Sita, that was a 20 minutes interview. The lady adked me lots of questions regarding my cv and questions about what would i do in certain situations. I have answered all of them and lady seemed very happy with my answers. I have been told that if i am succesfull they will ask me for a second interview. And after one week i have received an email asking me to come. On my second interview there were transport manager and gm, they both had bunch of papers with around of 20 questions and i had to give an example from my life of difficult situation and how did i sort the problem out. After all they asked me to ask them questions. Which i did. It is very important to have at least 5 questions prepared because they lovw to talk about themselves. At the end of the interview i have been told that they will contact me either way and let me know within a week. I had an interview on tuesday and recwived a phonecall on friday late aftetnoon with a job offer. I am very happy and cant wait to face new challenges.
