I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SIX (Zürich) in Jan 2024
Interview
About a week after my application, I was invited to an initial interview with the line manager. This was primarily about getting to know each other and discussing SIX and the position in more detail.
I received an invitation to a second, personal interview at the head office shortly after my feedback from the first interview. This lasted around 1.5 hours (45 minutes with HR and 45 minutes with team members). The questions were very comfortable and primarily concerned SIX as an employer and the position. In addition, the company was presented in detail and I had the opportunity to ask questions to supervisors and future team members. All in all, it was a well-structured application process.
