Very bad experience because of generic questions that aimed to understand the aspirations of the candidate. The aim was to find someone who had no aspirations because the job was to update a page with some descriptions of financial security. With a degree in finance it was hard to settle for a role like that and not have a chance to grow.

There were two interviews, one conducted virtually via FaceTime and the other in-person. Both conversations were highly personalized, and the interviewers carried out the process with great structure. The atmosphere was welcoming and respectful, offering clear insight into the position. Additionally, there was ample opportunity to discuss specific open-ended questions.
