Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. We had a brief discussion about my background and skill set. The recruiter said she would present my resume to the CFO and hiring manager. Did not hear back so I thought I was not qualified. About a month and half later, the director of HR calls and ask to schedule in person interview. She said the CFO and Controller would like to have the interview within the next five days. After and agreed upon time, I was emailed with the interview agenda.
I arrived 20 minutes early and the receptionist led me a conference room. My first interviewer was the CFO. He was five minutes late. He had a thick accent and struggled to have a good grasp of the English language. We had a general discussion of my background and work experience. We discussed the general structure and operation of the business.
The next interviewer was with the Controller. He spoke perfectly good English. He asked more detailed questions and elaborated in-dept of the role and responsibilities. We had a productive discussion.
The last interviewer was with HR. She asked how the interview went and also gave a time table of when to expect a reply or answer regarding the position. She also went over the company benefits if an offer was to be presented.
