Interview
Phone interview lasted about half an hour with the hiring manager 2 weeks after initially contacted by recruiting HR. Then it's the onsite interview with the hiring group which consists of technical presentation and Q&As. It took several weeks after the onsite interview to get oral offer notification from the HR. Then two weeks later the official offer letter was given. After a few negotiations, final offer was made. I joined the team after another 1.5 months (due to family reason, visa process).
