It involved 3 stages. The first was resume shortlisting. They shortlisted some 26/100 candidates. The next was a brief introductory pitching by the candidates in 2 minutes. They questioned in regards to this introduction and shortlisted some 8/26 candidates. I didn't make further progress. But the third round was personal interview.

3 Mins Interview to "Vibe Check" and test your english, then HR Interview, then User Interview. In my opinion, it's better to be as natural as possible, but prepare your technical knowledge and professional attitude.
