Unusual interview which prepared me for the type of working environment i was entering. The then manager tested personality along with skills and was keen on hiring people who would be able to work in teams and not individually and people who could handle stress.

Interview went well, almost an hour, describing myself and my intentions. Had a discussion in English and some questions about my vision and passions. Very easy to have a conversation
