A 45 minute interview with 5 different Managers lasting technical, mostly STAR type interviews evaluating your ability to tackle design problems. Hiring Manager Allen was very sharp and the Director of Engineering was quite Knowledgeable.

Demonstrate an example from your last job to prove a problem solving skill that you have?
Core and HR interview about manufacturing processes, design area, stress analysis, about the stresses on beams, columns, design softwares like AutoCAD, Inventor ,Ansys,then the questions about properties of metals like steel, iron,etc.
It wasn't too good. It had a lot of politics.
It was full of personal questions. It doesn't seem to be an interview for a company and that wasn't a technical round for sure.
