I applied via slb career website.
Got and email to check availability and was invited to a recruiting session;
Writen test; english skills, logic skills, basic math, basic mecanics. easy ones, just have to be a bit quick.
Face to face interview; basic questions: Why slb? what motivates you the most?...((mins interview)
a month later I received an invitation for an assessment day;
-you have to make a short presentation about your self, education, experience, expectations. after whitch you will be asked relative questions.
-individual work (falling aircraft and survival scenario)
-group work (same thing but in group)
-mounting parts test (make up a tool while following it's technical drawing)
-final interview; tends to get lots of information by provoquing you (in a fun way)
got an offer a moth later

3 Mins Interview to "Vibe Check" and test your english, then HR Interview, then User Interview. In my opinion, it's better to be as natural as possible, but prepare your technical knowledge and professional attitude.
